Blended Intensive Program for the 2025 – 2026 Academic year

Business strategy, Sustainability and financial stability

University Bretagne Sud, France, IAE Bretagne Sud, 15-20 june 2026

This Blended Intensive Program focuses on how firms adapt their strategies to the low-carbon transition and broader societal needs. The program examines how environmental constraints, legal pressures and social responsibilities reshape corporate decision making, investment choices and long-term competitiveness. The BIP highlights the growing interaction between corporate strategies and the financial system, including the role of public institutions and central banks in supporting sustainable transformation. Through lectures, case studies, field visits and interactive simulations, participants will explore how sustainability has become a core strategic driver rather than a peripheral objective.

Intercultural Intelligence in a Globalized World

This Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) is designed for BA and MA students and focuses on developing intercultural intelligence understood as intercultural competence, awareness and communication. It includes a 5-day on-site component with theoretical and interactive sessions, followed by 5–10 days of online tasks culminating in a final individual project. The on-site component focuses on topics such as Intercultural Communication, Understanding Cultural Values, dimensions of culture, Intercultural Competence and Communication Styles, Teamwork in Diverse Environments among others.

BIP 1 NextGen Sustainable Logistics: Disruption, Digitalization & People & BIP 2 Towards a Sustainable Future: Integrating Governance, Regulation, Economy, and Diversity in Global Development

University of Applied Sciences in Elbląg, 18–22 May 2026

 The Blended Intensive Programme “NextGen Sustainable Logistics: Disruption, Digitalization & People” explores how digital transformation, sustainability, and human factors shape modern supply chains. Students will develop practical skills through interactive workshops, including The Beer Game simulation on the Bullwhip Effect, and field visits to a manufacturing company exporting its products across Europe. The programme combines virtual sessions (April 2026) with five intensive days in Elbląg may 2026, Poland, featuring lectures, workshops, teamwork, and study visits.

• Understanding digital and sustainable logistics.
• Developing teamwork and intercultural collaboration skills.
• Exploring circular economy and green transport solutions.
• Observing real-life logistics processes – procurement, storage, packaging, distribution.

Working on the consumer's side from marketing is a way to achieve more environmentally sustainable and socially fairer proposals. The value chain of basic food products is generally made up of producers, industry, distribution and consumers. Marketing allows us to listen to the trends and desires of consumers in order to create value for them.

Inclusive Leadership: Driving Change through People and Purpose

Varna University of Management, 15 – 19 June 2026 

The BIP aims to introduce students to the theme of leadership within the context of change management. It is designed to develop an understanding within the students of the theoretical and practical aspects of leadership in organisations and assess the knowledge and skills needed to be able to examine their own leadership styles and competences and those of others. The students will also develop an understanding of the concept of change management within organisations and how it can be brought about. The BIP also aims to consolidate the students’ learning by incorporating strategic applications of management in the key areas of finance, human resources, and marketing.Following successful completion of the BIP, the students will be able to demonstrate ability to:
- Critically evaluate internal and external factors that impact on organisations as an impetus for change.
- Analyse strengths and weaknesses of a range of approaches to leadership at individual, group, and organisational levels.
- Identify appropriate tools and techniques to aid the planning, implementation, and evaluation of change.
- Critically evaluate barriers to change and identify effective ways to overcome such barriers.
- Identify and evaluate a range of strategies and methods to ensure that change is successfully implemented and sustainable.
- Explain alternative models of changes and the role of leadership within them.

Anunț selecție cadre didactice pentru mobilități de predare de tip ERASMUS

Documente inițiale: (1) CV + lista de lucrări, (2) scrisoare de motivație, (3) extras de cont euro, (4) carte de identitate-copie, (5) programul de predare - bazat pe doua teme de predare/cercetare- trebuie sa acopere 8 ore de predare și precizarea semestrului în care se dorește realizarea mobilității.

Criterii de selecție:

  • Relevanța mobilității pentru facultate (maxim 40 de puncte):  
    • Dezvoltarea relațiilor instituționale strategice (consolidarea relațiilor cu parteneri existenți, inițierea de colaborări noi).
    • Creșterea numărului de studenți Erasmus outgoing.
  • Performanța academică (maxim 25 de puncte):
    • Calitatea activității de cercetare științifică
    • Implicarea activă în coordonarea de proiecte de licență/disertație.
  • Implicarea în activități extracurriculare (maxim 20 de puncte):
    • Organizarea de evenimente, workshop-uri pentru studenți Erasmus.
    • Contribuția la promovarea facultății pe plan internațional.
  • Prioritatea pe baza istoricului mobilităților Erasmus: (maxim 15 de puncte):  
    • Cadrele didactice care nu au beneficiat de mobilități Erasmus în ultimii 2 ani vor avea prioritate.
